I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their anxiety and develop coping strategies.
In addition to mindfulness techniques, I also integrate elements of the Linden Method into my practice to further support clients dealing with anxiety. The Linden Method, developed by Charles Linden, is a structured program designed to address anxiety disorders by targeting the underlying causes rather than just managing symptoms. It encompasses a holistic approach that includes cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques, and education about anxiety physiology.
By incorporating the principles of the Linden Method into therapy sessions, I aim to empower clients with a deeper understanding of their anxiety and equip them with practical tools to overcome it.
